This is my first creation theme for my N73 phone, but i'm sure it can be applied to any other s60v3 nokia phone. it's light and simple, only 220 kb in size, i made this via ownskin.com.

zedge.net is site that combining mobile content ( made by individual artists, like themes, wallpaper, etc) and social networking u can view profile of the creator, become friend, etc.
you can also create theme online through zedge.net, but i suggest to make via ownskin.com, because its much more customizable and reliable than zedge.net.
note that to make a theme u have to register to each of them, but you don't have to reg if you just want to download.
themes available in zedge.net is freeware, available to use right away after you download.
